Food connects us all!

In our family, everything is about food; the happy moments and the not so happy are always accompanied by food. We, as a couple, are a special blend of spices and herbs with very high tones and a subtle sweet and passionate balance.  We are a special recipe that mixes Mayagüez and Adjuntas (two cities in Puerto Rico) into a unique offering. To complete our palette of family flavors, we have two “sanjuaneros” as youngsters; two boys that you will meet as part of the team.  We love to serve and we ask God to bless Y'all with ... plenty of food.  

Our cultural heritage is imprint in our recipes and ways of cooking. We have been creating and innovating as a caterer during the past decades; and early 2021, after a huge life changing decision, we decided to move to Texas and open a food truck. 

With a not “very good looking” English but a great leap of Faith, our family started a new venture for the delight of all Texans foodies. 

God has brought us this far and we are ready to enjoy it.

The Chef Partner Food Truck offers Caribbean - inspired cuisine in its richest expression, full of flavors, fragrances, colors, and textures. After more than 30 years creating amazing dishes in Puerto Rico, now serving the great Texans. The Chef Partner offers the authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, with the influence of our neighbor islands and territories, for the delight of all foodies.
